Grecian blue in the doorway of a home on the Greek island of Spetses. Spetses is one of the Saronic Islands, and is easy to travel to – just a short hop by ferry from Athens. The island is car-free, peaceful and the sea off it is a similar colour to this door.
At a Greek-island compound devised by architect Nikos Moustroufis and designer Isabel López-Quesada, a kitchen's French doors open to the property's main terrace; the countertops and sink are marble, the sink fittings are by Grohe, and the backsplash tiles are antique.
